Site Reservation Information/Policies
Reservations are suggested during the regular season (June 26 to Labour Day). A reservation is not necessary during the off season.
Duration of Stay for reservations in advance:
All sites require a minimum 5 night stay for advanced reservations.
Deposit:
- A deposit is required to hold each reserved site with the balance to be paid upon arrival.
- Deposits can be made by cheque payable to South Beach Gardens, e-transfer or by Credit Card (add 3% for Credit Card deposits when the card is not present).
- There is a $30 charge for NSF cheques, Post dated cheques are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy:
- There will be no refund given for cancellations or changes on reservations confirmed prior to January 18, 2024 for the 2024 season unless cancellation insurance is purchased.
- There will be no refund given for cancellations or changes on reservations confirmed prior to January 18, 2025 for the 2025 season unless cancellation insurance is purchased.
- For cancellations the deposit less $30 administration fee per site will be refunded with a minimum of 45 days (7 days when cancellation insurance is purchased) notice prior to the beginning
of your reservation.
- A change to a reservation must be at least 45 days (7 days when cancellation insurance is purchased) prior to the beginning of the reservation start date. There is a $30 administration
fee if the dates are changed and/or the duration is shortened.
- There is no refund if all or part of your site reservation is cancelled with less than 45 days (7 days when cancellation insurance is purchased) notice prior to the original start date.
- Cancellation insurance can be purchased for the 2024 season as shown above. When insurance is purchased a reservation can be changed (1) one time or cancelled for a full refund
of the deposit amount (less a $30 administration fee) with a minimum 7 days notice prior to the original reservation start date. There is no refund if less than 7 days notice is given whether
insurance is purchased or not.
Policy when reserving for the following year:
- Advanced reservations for the following year can be made during your stay. Registered guests may rebook their own site for the same week(s) only.
- If you are booked into more than one site during your stay ensure that you rebook each portion before you move.
- Advanced reservations for the following year may be changed without penalty until Labour Day. Cancelling a reservation at any time will result in a cancellation fee.
- For all site bookings the corresponding days for 2024 will be 2 days less when compared to 2023. For example Sunday July 2nd, 2023 corresponds with Sunday June 30th, 2024.
- If a guest has not rebooked upon each move or checkout then their site will be released the following
morning at 8am. For example a site checking out or moving on Saturday will not be
released until the office opens Sunday morning.
At that point it can then be reserved by anyone whether they are a current guest or not.

- For 2023 only we are allowing customers that were booked in the 2023 season to book for the same days in 2024 year between October 2nd and December 15th. After that all sites will be released and booked on a first-come first-served basis.
Missing a year:
- Guests may miss one year and keep their site for the following year if cancelled at least 45 days (7 days with cancellation insurance) prior to arrival at a cost of $100. A deposit must
also be paid for the following year's reservation. The cancellation policy does apply to the cancelled reservation.

- Overall size and type of unit (i.e. Tent, trailer, 5th wheel, class A motorhome etc.)
- Number and depth of slide-outs
- Number of adults in party (aged 18 and older)
- Number of children under the age of 18 in party
- Mailing address
- Email address
- Phone number
- Date of arrival
- Length of stay
- Number of vehicles
- Vehicle(s) make, model, colour and licence plate
- Number of pets
- Extras (e.g. boats, utility trailers)
Arriving with anything other than the
information provided may result in refusal of entry with no refund of
deposit
Check-in time is between 12 noon and 10:30 pm. Early arrivals will be turned away.
