Long-term site rentals (A Section)

Site information:

Sites A18-A26 approximately 26' x 60' = 1560 sq ft.
Sites A27-A48 approximately 26' x 70' = 1820 sq ft.
Sites A49-A56 approximately 37' x 45' = 1665 sq ft.
Each site will have a grass area with underground irrigation.
Approved decks will be allowed with an annual commitment. Deck must be at least 1 meter in from the green power pedestal for the length of the entire site.
Approved shed will be allowed with an annual commitment. (Maximum area of 80 square feet with shed securely fastened to a solid base of approved lumber or cement patio stones)
Partial fencing between each site.
Water is included (Requires heated hose during the winter months)
Sewer is included (Requires a properly fitted air-tight connection)
Cable TV and Internet for annual commitments

If paying annually or bi-annually Cable TV and Wired Internet is included.
If paying quarterly or monthly Cable TV and Wired Internet is $50 per month plus taxes.

Rates based on:

2 adults
One year-round capable sleeping unit. If unit is more than 15 years old, we require an inspection report completed within 30 days prior to check-in and will be subject to final approval by management. An updated inspection report may be required annually.
2 vehicles (or 1 vehicle and 1 extra trailer)
Up to 2 pets
Children under 18 free
If you commit to an annual stay and leave early, then daily rates will apply as shown above

Vehicles and RVs:

Only licensed, insured, and fully operational vehicles and/or trailers are permitted on site within the park.
Customer must provide a minimum of $2,000,000 liability insurance with their sleeping unit.
Proof of vehicle insurance must be provided to management upon request.
No vehicle repairs are allowed within the property.
Skirting must be used and installed from October 15th to March 31st only unless the skirting is manufactured specifically for the trailer. Then it may stay on year-round. It must be well insulated (e.g., 1-1/2" rigid insulation covered with good plywood or vinyl), aesthetically pleasing and approved by management. Proper fitted vinyl skirting is preferred. Please keep the skirting neat in appearance. We do not allow any hay bales for skirting RVs at any time.
Large propane tanks are okay if they are provided and maintained by a local supplier.

Building and repairs:

Smoking

It is a good idea to keep a tin around your site to throw your butts in if you do smoke. Also try to be respectful of your neighbors especially if they have kids or do not smoke themselves.

Site maintenance/cleanliness:

All occupants are responsible for keeping their site in an orderly manner free of litter, debris and excess clutter. Please clean up any cigarette butts and dog piles immediately. There will be a $150 charge for each instance of an unsightly site. Examples of a site being unsightly include garbage on the ground, pet droppings, general disarray etc. Multiple instances may result in eviction from the property. Please note that campground staff will enter sites from time to time without notice for maintenance and landscaping.

Visitors:

All visiting guests must be registered at office.
Only guests registered at the office may stay overnight in the RV or site at any time.
No guest can be on site without the registered occupant being on site as well unless authorized by park management.

More information:

No inside furniture is permitted outside of the RV. Outside furniture must be of tidy appearance.
All other park rules apply.
