From October 2nd, 2023 until December 15th, 2023 we will only reserve customers for the dates and sites that they were booked into for the 2023 season. After that we will fill sites on a first come first served basis. The dates will shift slightly to keep the day of the week the same. For example, a reservation that is from Friday July 14th, 2023 to Thursday July 20th, 2023 will be equivalent to a reservation that is from Friday July 12th, 2024 to Thursday July 18th, 2024. We require a minimum 5 night stay for advance reservations.
We will be taking reservations by phone at 250-492-0628, email at reservations@southbeachgardens.com and online request at www.southbeachgardens.com. Please note, this email address will not be checked until Oct 2, 2023 and is only for booking for 2024
We will require deposits based on the following:

Cancellation Policy:
· For this year only all cancellations will receive a refund of the deposit less a $30 administration fee per site with a minimum of 45 days (7 days when cancellation insurance is purchased) notice prior to the beginning of your reservation.
· A change to a reservation must be at least 45 days (7 days when cancellation insurance is purchased) prior to the beginning of the reservation start date. There is a $30 administration fee if the dates are changed and/or the duration is shortened.
· There is no refund if all or part of your site reservation is cancelled with less than 45 days (7 days when cancellation insurance is purchased) notice prior to the original start date.
· Cancellation insurance can be purchased for the 2024 season as shown above. When insurance is purchased a reservation can be changed (1) one time or cancelled for a full refund of the deposit amount (less a $30 administration fee) with a minimum 7 day notice prior to the original reservation start date. There is no refund if less than 7 days notice is given whether insurance is purchased or not.

This year we will be open for the season starting May 12th, 2023 for RV's only. We will start taking tents for May long weekend. The offseason rates are $45 a night plus tax for all site types. The office will be open from 10am-5pm, for registration from 5pm-9pm please go past the office to the White House.
